职位职责：
1.角色技能特效设计制作，其他包括但不限于：UI动效，场景特效，功能建筑和主堡皮肤、行军等外显效果制作设计。
2.能深入理解SLG游戏的玩法需求，合理制作视觉表达。
3.3年以上游戏特效经验，有扎实的美术功底，动画制作功底，在游戏特效和审美上有见解，有丰富的想象力和创造力，有完整上线项目经验,能够适应各种风格项目需求（尤其是SLG或同类策略游戏项目者优先）。
4.熟悉Unity引擎,有一定的动画制作和手绘能力，对粒子系统和特效常用shader有深刻理解,根据项目要求制作游戏内相应特效，能高效完成工作。
5.出色的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能准确理解需求，并清晰表达自己的设计思路。
6.对工作充满热情，具备优秀的自主学习能力和抗压能力。
