1.工作内容
（1）参与账户管理系统、核心、柜面等行内业务系统优化需求的设计与开发；
（2）按照项目计划完成编码、测试及文档编写工作；
（3）配合团队完成接口联调、功能优化及系统维护；
（4）协助解决开发过程中的关键技术问题；
（5）学习并应用新技术提升系统性能与稳定性；
（6）行内外包主管人员安排的其他相关工作。
2.岗位要求
（1）具有 5 年及以上 J2EE 架构的开发经验。
（2）熟悉银行行业业务知识或系统。担任过银行重要业务系统开发建设项目的骨干。
（3）精通 Java 语言，熟练掌握面向对象的开发方法。
（4）精通 jsp，JavaScript，Ajax等各种前台技术。
（5）熟悉J2EE主流技术，精通Java开源技术框架和常用类库，了解框架或类库的设计思想，熟悉常用协议（HTTP协议、TCP协议）、安全机制（SSL、TSL），可以按需求自主设计。
（6）熟练掌握 MySQL、ORACLE至少其中一种数据库，熟悉数据库优化原理，有数据库设计和调优经验。
（7）具备一定的应用系统性能优化和故障诊断能力。
（8）责任心强，思维严谨，学习能力强，具有良好的计划、沟通、协作和抗压能力。
（9）熟悉银行账户管理相关业务，且具备人民银行全国统一集中账户管理系统对接开发经验优先。
