岗位职责：
1. 搭建公司适配半导体制造行业的网络安全防护体系，制定完善安全管理制度、应急预案，覆盖办公网、生产网、研发网全场景。
2. 负责防火墙、WAF、IDS/IPS、EDR、VPN 等安全设备的日常运维、策略配置、故障排查与优化。
3. 定期开展漏洞扫描、渗透测试与基线核查，针对核心业务系统、生产控制系统的安全漏洞制定修复方案，推动闭环整改。
4. 负责网络安全事件应急响应，快速处置网络入侵、勒索攻击、数据泄露等突发情况，完成溯源分析与复盘优化。
5. 落实网络安全等级保护 2.0 及相关法律法规要求，完成等保定级、测评、整改全流程工作，确保合规达标。
6. 负责公司核心数据安全防护，开展全员网络安全意识培训与应急演练。
任职要求：
1. 大专及以上学历，网络安全、信息安全、计算机等相关专业，3 年及以上网络安全相关工作经验，有制造业 / 半导体行业从业经验者优先。
2. 精通主流网络安全设备运维操作，熟悉 TCP/IP 协议、网络攻防技术，掌握漏洞扫描、渗透测试常用工具与方法。
3. 熟悉等保 2.0 全流程与国家网络安全相关法律法规，具备独立的安全事件应急处置能力。
4. 持有 CISP、CISSP、HCIP-Security 等相关安全认证者优先。
5. 责任心强，具备极强的保密意识、抗压能力与跨部门协同能力。
