2008年3月由湖南宜化复合肥厂经营改制成立湖南金信复合肥有限公司。公司主要生产“资江”、“邦尔福”、“金甸甸”等品牌的各种高、中、低浓度复合肥，年生产能力达35万吨。公司占地面积达40000平方米，总资产8000余万元，年销售收入过5亿元，营销网络遍布省内各乡镇以及周边8省，在保证供需平衡、价格稳定、支农救灾等方面发挥了重要作用，为农业高产、农村发展、农民增收做出了应有贡献，多次受到各级主管部门的表彰：连续三届获得湖南省农民满意肥称号、荣获湖南名牌产品称号、通过了ISO9001质量管理体系认证。
