抚顺市新北方有限公司成立于2004年，位于抚顺市顺城区双阳路2号。公司于2013实现热电联产，拥有1000万平的供热能力，现有人员100余人，设立4个用户服务中心站，其中各类专业技术人员40余人，主要负责抚顺市顺城区东长春街以东，詹家河以西，浑河以北，高山路以南地区的供暖服务。
