四川通光光缆有限公司（以下简称“公司” ）是江苏通光光缆有限公司投资建设的光缆生产基地之一。公司坐落于南充经济开发区多扶食品工业园区，占地220亩，投资11亿元,建设光电器件系列产品项目。项目分三期建设，一期投资1.5亿元，建设年生产力达5000皮长公里OPGW及3万皮长公里ADSS光缆项目，实现销售收入4.5亿元；二期投资2.5亿元，建设年生产力达5000皮长公里OPGW及5万皮长公里ADSS光缆项目，实现销售收入6亿元；三期投资7亿元，建设年生产力达5万吨导线项目，实现销售收入6亿元。
