3、具备良好的识别和设计通用框架及模块的能力，有3年以上大规模高并发系统设计和开发经验者优先考虑。
4、较强的表达、沟通、协调能力，工作态度认真、严谨、敬业。
5、有专业的支付、清算、汇兑、财富等金融领域知识者优先考虑。
