新疆生产建设兵团医院西山分院是一所集医疗、疾病预防控制、计划生育服务等为一体的一级甲等医院，2008年3月纳入事业单位编制，属公益二类财政补助事业单位，2020年5月更名为兵团医院西山分院，2023年12月加挂兵团西山中医院名称，2024年11月获批设置二级中医医院。医院占地面积17.5亩，建筑面积9622.75平方米，服务辖区内居民12万人，是自治区、乌鲁木齐市、兵团、十二师医疗保险的定点医疗机构。近年来先后获得十二师优秀基层党组织、十二师师级文明单位、兵团卫生健康系统优秀基层党组织、兵团先进基层党组织等荣誉。
