岗位职责:
1、负责智能体核⼼运⾏时的设计、开发和维护，实现任务规划、推理决策、多智能体协作等核⼼能⼒。
2、深度集成和适配主流AI Agent框架，编写⾼质量、零侵⼊的适配器。
3、实现并优化智能体的核⼼能⼒：任务规划、推理决策、多智能体协作、状态恢复等。
4、与模型、⼯具、记忆系统团队紧密协作，确保智能体能⾼效、稳定地调⽤底层能⼒。
5、编写⾼质量的单元测试、集成测试和性能测试⽤例。
任职要求:
1、计算机科学或相关专业本科及以上学历，5年以上后端或AI⼯程经验。
2、精通 Python，熟悉异步编程（asyncio）。
3、深⼊理解⾄少⼀个主流Agent框架（LangChain、langgraph等），并有实际项⽬集成经验。
4、熟悉⼤模型（LLM）的基本原理和应⽤，了解Prompt Engineering。
5、有分布式系统开发经验，熟悉消息队列（Kafka/NATS）。
6、具备良好的代码规范和测试驱动开发（TDD）习惯。
