福旺顺农业合作社走农业组织化、规模化、机械化的路子。目前合作社共有入社社员457户，耕地3805亩，拥有拖拉机、播种机、收割机等农机具8台（套），合作社下设农机服务分社、生产资料供应服务部和技术服务部，实行统一购种、统一耕作、统一收割，3805亩土地划分五个方田，每个方田种植统一品种，进行无地界、大条块的机械耕作，而社员分户管理种植入社土地，形成了农资供应、技术服务、机械收割的一条龙服务。
