1. 承担Web后端系统的设计与开发工作，完成业务功能编码、迭代优化；
2. 参与大模型算法相关研究、模型适配与工程化落地，完成模型应用开发；
3. 编写软件需求规格说明书、概要/详细设计文档，保障研发过程文档完整规范；
4. 开展代码单元测试、功能验证与性能调优，保障系统稳定可靠；
5. 跟进项目开发进度，主动同步工作进展，及时反馈风险与问题，保障项目按计划交付。
任职要求：
1. 计算机科学与技术、软件工程等相关专业，本科及以上学历；
2. 熟练掌握Java、Python，能够独立完成Web后端开发及大模型算法相关开发工作；具备气象相关专业背景或行业项目经验者优先；
3. 具备较强自主学习能力与创新探索意识，优秀的书面撰写、沟通表达能力；
4. 拥有良好的团队协作意识，能够适应项目攻坚压力；
5. 可接受短期出差。

薪资待遇
年薪：15‑20万

职位福利：
朝九晚五，周末双休；足额五险一金、补充医疗保险、带薪年假；项目奖金、绩效奖金；出差补贴、交通补贴。
