Guangdong Railway Construction Supervision Co., Ltd. was established on December 30, 1993, with the approval of Guangdong Provincial Construction Commission and Guangdong Provincial Administration for Industry and Commerce. It is a comprehensive engineering consulting company specializing in supervision, technical consulting, and bidding agency services for large-scale construction projects such as railways, urban rail transit projects, municipal public works, industrial and civil buildings, mechanical and electrical installation projects, and highway projects. The company holds Grade A supervision qualification and Grade B engineering bidding agency qualification issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People's Republic of China; the "Qualification for Foreign Contracted Projects" and foreign labor service export qualification issued by the Ministry of Commerce; and has passed QES quality certification. It is one of the first batch of member units of the China Association of Engineering Consultants, a member of the council of Guangdong Provincial Engineering Consulting Association, a member unit of China Railway Engineering Construction Association, and a member unit of China National Trade Promotion Association for Ethnic Minorities.
