工作职责
1. 独立负责Java项目从需求对接、技术选型到落地交付的全流程，保障项目按客户要求闭环完成。
2. 直接对接甲方/终端客户，精准捕捉核心需求，转化为可落地的技术方案并完成汇报与实施。
3. 基于业务场景完成小型项目的架构规划、模块拆分与技术方案设计，把控技术风险。
4. 在非标准化项目环境中自主推进落地，以客户满意和项目验收为目标，对全流程结果负责。
任职要求
1. 统招大专及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业，5年及以上Java后端开发经验。
2. 具备独立完成Java项目从0到1落地的全流程经验，可单人闭环交付项目。
3. 熟练掌握Java核心技术、SpringBoot/Cloud微服务架构，精通MySQL/Oracle等关系型数据库及Redis、MQ等中间件，能独立完成技术选型与基础架构设计。
4. 具备直接对接客户的需求沟通、方案汇报经验，可高效转化客户需求并协调需求分歧。
5. 具备极强的独立解决问题能力与抗压能力，能适应非标准化项目环境，自主推进落地。
6. 具备基础架构设计能力，可根据业务需求规划小型项目架构，把控技术风险。
