Guangzhou Nansha Industrial Investment Co., Ltd. was registered and established on January 7, 2015, with a paid-in capital of RMB 2.692 billion. It is a market-oriented entity for investment, development, construction, operation and management of industrial parks under Nansha Development and Construction Group, and an operating platform to cultivate and promote the development of strategic leading industries in the new area. At present, the company is mainly responsible for investment, development and construction of Nansha industrial parks and city renewal business.
Guangzhou Nansha Development and Construction Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Nansha Development and Construction Group") was established on December 30, 2019.
