Beite Technology Co., Ltd., founded in 2002, is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the production of automotive steering gear components and shock absorber components. Its core products, steering gear racks and shock absorber piston rods, are widely matched to popular domestic vehicle models through manufacturers of shock absorbers and steering gear assemblies. Through assembly plants, its steering gear components are mainly matched to over 80 vehicle models, and its shock absorber piston rods to over 110 vehicle models. Customers include mainstream domestic shock absorber assembly manufacturers such as Shanghai Huizhong Sachs Shock Absorber Co., Ltd., FAW Dongjigong Shock Absorber Co., Ltd., and mainstream steering gear assembly manufacturers such as Jingzhou Henglong Automotive Parts Manufacturing Co., Ltd., FAW Guangyang Steering Device Co., Ltd., and Yubei Guangyang Automotive Steering Gear Co., Ltd., making it a leading domestic supplier of steering gear racks and shock absorber piston rods by market share. It currently has four subsidiaries or branches: Shanghai Beite Automotive Parts Co., Ltd., Changchun Beite, Tianjin Beite, and Chongqing Beite (under construction). The new plant in the Shanghai area has been completed and will gradually commence production in 2016.

Since its establishment, leveraging its advantages in material processing, the company has successively developed products such as high-precision shock absorber piston rods and steering gear racks, independently developing a complete set of process technologies, achieving a technological breakthrough in the localization of high-precision safety rods for domestic sedans. Its products have reached the advanced level of similar international products, filling a gap in related domestic process fields. In 2005, the company's "Beite High-Precision Safety Rods for Sedans" project was recognized as a Shanghai High-Tech Achievement Transformation Project; in 2006, the "Localization and Industrialization of High-Precision Safety Steering and Suspension Rods for Sedans" project was included in the Innovation Fund support project of the Technology-based SME Technology Innovation Fund Management Center under the Ministry of Science and Technology; in 2010, the "Industrialization of High-Precision Steering Gear Racks and Shock Absorber Piston Rods for Automobiles" project received support from the central budget investment in 2010 under the National Key Industry Revitalization and Technological Transformation. In 2014, the company was successfully listed on the main board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
