任职资格：
1.专业：车辆工程、机械、材料或力学等相关专业；
2.工作经验：汽车碰撞分析、动态强度分析、舒适性分析、CFD集成分析、虚拟性能仿真分析工作经验，熟练使用相关软件；熟悉整车开发流程者优先；
3.技能：良好的团队合作精神、严密的逻辑思维能力以及高效沟通能力，善于学习，乐于创新。
