荆州金海药业有限公司由湖北移栽灵农业科技股份有限公司控股经营。公司总投资6000万元，厂区占地面积66670平方米，项目分两期建设。*期工程完成投资4000万元，已竣工厂房面积8000平方米，建成6条生产线。年生产能力为片剂50000万片、胶囊剂30000万粒、颗粒剂2000万袋、原药粉和浸膏600吨，年产值可达6000万元以上，*期建设已于2005年1月5日通过国家GMP认证。第二期工程计划投资2000万元，兴建小容量注射剂车间和非PVC输液袋生产线.
