2.负责芯片DFT电路设计，如：SCAN/ATPG/JTAG/Mbist/BSCAN/IP test 等
3.负责芯片DFT电路验证，如：presim/postsim/FML/STA 等 ;
4.负责芯片测试pattern产/回片后向量调试/测试问题定位等;
5. 参与芯片的良率提升以及故障分析。
任职要求：
1.本科及以上学历，集成电路、微电子、电子、计算机、通信等相关专业；
2.5年以上DFT工作经验，熟悉DFT电路结构，如OCC/MBIST/EDT/BSCAN 等；
3.熟练使用EDA设计工具，如Tessent/SMS/DesignCompile/PrimeTime/VCS/Verdi/FML等；
4.具备熟练的脚本技能，如Cshell、TCL、Python等；
5.具备高可靠性或低DPPM芯片DFT设计经验者优先；
6.具备Tessent全流程Flow经验者优先；
7.富有事业心和团队精神，沟通表达能力良好，良好的英文读写能力。
