1. 体系管理：负责建立和维护ISO 14001/45001环境与职业健康安全管理体系，组织内审、外审及客户审计，确保体系持续有效运行。
2. 合规管理：贯彻执行国家EHS法律法规，负责环评、职评、安评等"三同时"项目合规工作，确保公司运营符合法规要求。
3. 日常运行：制定年度EHS目标指标，开展安全检查、隐患排查、风险辨识，组织应急演练，管理特种设备、危险化学品、消防设施等。
4. 培训教育：组织全员EHS培训，提升员工安全意识，建立安全文化。
5. 政府事务：对接应急、环保、消防等政府部门，处理EHS相关事务。
6. 事故管理：负责安全事故调查、分析，制定整改措施和预防方案。
7.负责三废，危废等管理，负责职业危害识别及人员健康体检安排，参与变更，改造、供应商等EHS方面评估及监督。
任职要求
1. 学历专业：本科及以上学历，化学、生物工程、制药工程、环境工程、安全工程等相关专业。
2. 工作经验：有对接应急管理局、消防等部门经验，5年以上制药企业EHS管理经验，熟悉生物安全管理优先。
3. 资质证书：持有注册安全工程师证书（化工安全类）、注册消防工程师证书者优先。
4. 专业知识：精通中国EHS法律法规和ISO14001/45001体系要求，熟悉生物制品医药研发和生产工艺。
5. 能力素质：具备较强的组织协调、沟通表达、问题解决能力，注重执行和结果交付，具有团队管理能力。
