大同市光华活性炭有限责任公司成立于1986年，是大同地区早期的活性炭生产厂家，原厂址位于大同市御河西路，2003年因市政改造，搬迁至大同市云冈区口泉乡大路辛庄村，位于山西省的主干线—大运路旁，地理位置优越。公司现注册资金5007万元，厂区占地一百多亩，现有职工150多人，生产设备先进，检测手段齐全，技术力量雄厚，具有多年从事活性炭生产和技术研究的工程技术人员20多名，是大同地区规模上工业企业。
