严氏压榨工艺从先前以畜力、水力为动力的碾磨加工技术至今已经历祖传叁代、50多年的手工茶油压榨历史。茶果采摘于江南水乡浙西千岛湖地区，历经茶果筛选、碾磨、炒磨、汽蒸、物理压榨、沉淀取油六道加工工序，每道工序都凝结了中国传统榨油智慧。严氏工艺出产的山茶油以色泽金黄，香味纯正为特点，是原滋原味的野生生态山茶油。
该油优点：压榨过程中炒、蒸所用的燃料均为木柴，蒸的水为优质的江南泉水。运用中国*古老的传统压榨手工制作方法，保持山茶油天然营养成份。山茶油具有其特有的原汁香味。
