China Resources Jiangzhong Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as China Resources Jiangzhong) was formerly the Jiangxi Jiangzhong Pharmaceutical (Group) Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as Jiangzhong Group), a university-run enterprise of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine founded in October 1969, and was listed as a key provincial state-owned enterprise of Jiangxi Province in 2004. In February 2019, China Resources Pharmaceutical strategically restructured Jiangzhong Group, and the company was officially renamed China Resources Jiangzhong, becoming a first-tier profit center of China Resources Group. The company owns an A-share listed company (Jiangzhong Pharmaceutical, stock code: 600750), mainly engaged in the research and development, production and sales of Chinese patent medicines and health foods. It currently has two China trademarks, "Jiangzhong" and "Chuyuan", and two Jiangxi Province famous trademarks, "Yang Jisheng" and "Sanghai". Among them, the "Jiangzhong" brand has been listed on the World Brand Lab's "China's 500 Most Valuable Brands" for 17 consecutive years, with a brand value of 26.515 billion yuan in 2020. The company's main products include Jiangzhong brand Jianwei Xiaoshi Tablets, Jiangzhong brand Compound Caoshanhu Buccal Tablets, Jiangzhong Lihuo Lactobacillus Tablets, Chuyuan brand Compound Amino Acid Oral Liquid, Shenlingcao Oral Liquid, Boluoke, Compound Fresh Bamboo Sap Liquid, Paishi Granules, Sanghai Jinwei, Bazhen Yimu Capsules, etc. The company has the Wanli Jiangzhong Medicine Valley manufacturing base and the Luoting traditional Chinese medicine extraction manufacturing base. Among them, Jiangzhong Medicine Valley covers an area of 2,800 mu, mainly undertaking the production of solid and liquid traditional Chinese medicine preparations. In recent years, it has been rated as "*Beautiful Chinese Factory" and "Green Factory", and was awarded the title of "Intelligent Manufacturing Pilot Demonstration" base by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. The Luoting base mainly undertakes the pre-treatment and extraction of traditional Chinese medicinal materials, and was awarded the "Intelligent Manufacturing New Model Demonstration" project by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. In June 2019, China Resources Jiangzhong was rated as an "Advanced Collective of China Ecological Civilization Award" by the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, and in the same year was also awarded the Gold Award of "Hong Kong Superior Environmental Management (Enterprise)". The company has one state-recognized enterprise technology center and four R&D platforms (State Key Laboratory of Innovative Drugs and High-Efficiency Energy-Saving Pharmaceutical Equipment, National Engineering Research Center for Traditional Chinese Medicine Solid Preparations Manufacturing Technology, National Engineering Research Center for Protein Drugs, and State-Recognized Enterprise Technology Center), as well as multiple innovation entities such as the National Famous Old Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Studio and Academician Workstation. The Jiangzhong Research Center was completed and put into use in June 2018.
