岗位职责：
1、对交付类项目进行客户需求分解、架构设计和技术框架搭建；
2、主导项目的技术调研和技术栈选型，输出符合客户需求的技术方案与架构设计文档；
3、搭建项目代码框架、带领研发团队完成项目编码、测试、部署等全流程技术实施工作，进行项目核心模块的代码编写；
4、主导技术难题攻关和系统性能优化（如高并发交易处理、数据一致性保障），提升交付项目的稳定性、安全性和可扩展性；
5、负责项目代码以及相关技术文档的管理和维护工作；
6、响应客户需求，进行线上系统的监控和故障处理；
7、非长期驻场，但需要不定期的短期出差，与客户进行需求沟通和技术方案讨论。

任职要求：
1、本科及以上，计算机/软件工程相关专业优先，有良好的计算机基础知识；
2、对交付类项目熟悉，有 toB 或者 toG 经验，至少主导过2-3个交付项目的全流程交付和线上维护工作；
3、至少5年以上Java开发经验，熟悉SpringBoot、SpringCloud、Hibernate、MyBatis等主流开发框架或中间件，熟悉微服务架构（Spring Cloud/Dubbo）；
4、熟悉linux系统基本原理与实操，熟练使用MySQL、MongoDB、Redis等数据库和消息队列、Nginx等中间件，拥有较好的数据库表设计能力，具备技术选型的实战经验和从0到1搭建项目代码框架的能力；
5、有较强的对外沟通、统筹协调、自我驱动能力，对待工作有强烈的责任心；
6、熟悉主流信创产品并有实际项目经验者优先；
7、有技术团队管理经验者优先。
