岗位职责：
1、技术交付：深入理解客户业务，主导项目的需求分析、技术选型与架构设计，独立负责核心模块编码；
2、客户对接：作为关键技术接口人，与客户进行高效的技术沟通与现场支持，响应客户需求，参与方案研讨，能适应客户现场的环境；
3、部署运维实施：负责线上系统的监控、故障应急响应与根本原因分析，保障系统稳定运行；
4、技术攻关与系统优化：主导解决项目中的关键技术难题，负责系统性能调优、高并发处理、数据一致性等架构级挑战，确保系统的稳定性、安全性与可扩展性；
5、项目管理：主导技术侧的项目管理与验收，协调完成开发、测试、部署上线等全过程。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业优先，具备扎实的计算机基础；
2、具备5年以上Java开发经验，至少具备2-3个中大型ToB或ToG项目全流程交付及线上运维的主导经验，对交付类项目的痛点和挑战有深刻理解；
3、精通Spring Boot、Spring Cloud（或Dubbo）微服务生态，熟练掌握MyBatis/Hibernate、Redis、消息队列（Kafka/RabbitMQ）、Nginx等主流框架与中间件；
4、拥有从0到1进行技术选型、搭建项目框架的能力；精通Linux操作系统，熟悉MySQL/PostgreSQL等数据库设计与性能优化，具备优秀的系统架构设计能力；
5、拥有出色的沟通协调、逻辑思维和客户需求转化能力，具备强烈的责任心和自我驱动力，能带领团队攻坚克难；
6、加分项：有政务项目管理经验，熟悉信创生态（国产化CPU、操作系统、数据库、中间件等）并有实际项目落地经验者优先；
