4.复杂任务处理与架构设计
针对复杂业务任务，规划脚本或系统架构设计，提供创新的技术实现方案，并快速迭代解决方案。

5.技术支持与协作
配合跨部门或项目团队，提供技术支持，协助解决核心问题，并通过实践推动团队技术提升。
分享开发经验与技术方案，帮助团队成员提升 Python 开发能力。

任职要求
1.技术能力
精通 Python 编程语言，对脚本开发有深入理解，能独立完成复杂任务的设计与实现。
熟悉 Python 常用库（如 os、sys、logging、datetime、requests、pandas 等），具备丰富的开发经验。
熟悉 Python 中的文件操作、数据处理、多线程、多进程等高级功能。
掌握 Shell 脚本语言及 Linux 环境操作，能够实现跨平台的自动化任务处理。
对代码质量有追求，熟悉异常处理、日志打印、调试和单元测试的*佳实践。
有实际开发经验，能够设计高性能、高可维护性的自动化工具或脚本。

2.经验要求
计算机相关专业，大专及以上学历。
具有 3 年及以上 Python 脚本开发经验，独立参与过工具开发或后端服务项目实现。
有参与过复杂数据处理流程或大规模任务调度经验者优先。
