本企业成立于2004年，前身为个人茶叶加工厂。成立之初就以市场为向导，不断改进茶叶生产工艺。以海拔在700米以上，一年中有一半以上时段被大雾笼罩的山区茶叶为原料，结合传统工艺，生产绿茶、工夫红茶、乌龙茶等多个品种。工夫红茶还获得宁德地区工夫茶类金奖。由于企业信义好、茶叶质量达标，深受省内外买家的好评，茶叶也比别的地方高出叁、四毛，带富了一方茶农。
