常熟涤纶有限公司（原常熟市涤纶厂）是高强低伸涤纶长丝及FDY高强低收缩涤纶工业丝（细旦）专业生产企业，并拥有自营进出口权。公司创建于 1983 年，地处长江叁角洲的常熟市董浜镇徐市。 1986 年与上海合成纤维研究所联合开发成功高强低伸涤纶长丝，填补了国内空白。2005年又与中国科学院宁波材料技术与工程研究所签署了技术合作协议书，开展*“863”项目高模低收缩涤纶工业丝的研究，共建研发平台。产品注册“力达”商标。厂占地面积 49900 平方米，建筑面积 27319 平方米，共有四个生产厂区。企业拥有一批实践经验丰富的化纤专业科技人才，采用了先进的科研生产设备和独特的生产工艺，拥有年产3万吨高强低伸涤纶长丝和年产6000吨FDY高强低收缩涤纶工业丝（细旦）的生产能力，具备先进的工艺技术和比较完整的理化测试平台
