公司致力于研制生产集成电路陶瓷封装外壳，产品广泛用于航天、航空、、飞机、飞船等各类军事装备领域和民用电子配套产品中，在用户中有较好的口碑。
公司现位于江苏省无锡市宜兴市丁蜀镇陶瓷产业园区创新路3号，占地面积1.9万平方米，交通方便，市政配套设施完善。公司投资1.5亿用于购置、更新科研生产设备设施，新建7500多平方米生产厂房及3800多平方米办公大楼等。本单位现有职工180人左右，其中技术人员占25%以上，具有中级职称及以上职称的12人，硕士研究生3人，大专及本科学历58人。
