岗位职责
1、全面负责后台系统开发，包括架构设计、数据库设计及技术规范制定，确保系统的可扩展性与可维护性。
2、主导技术方案设计与落地，以高度责任心保障系统的稳定性与性能表现。
3、推动技术文档的编写与完善，建立统一标准，提升团队协作与知识沉淀。

任职要求
1、作为后台开发负责人，具备优秀发现问题、解决问题能力
2、学历不限，计算机相关专业，5年以上Java项目开发经验
3、精通Java主流核心，包括并发、JVM等
4、精通Spring生态，理解其核心原理
5、熟练掌握Mysql，精通复杂SQL编写，包括SQL性能调优（Explain分析、索引优化、Join优化、子查询优化）
6、熟悉常用NoSQL数据库（Redis、MongoDB等）的原理、适用场景和优化手段
7、能深入理解数据库高可用与扩展方案，了解分库分表，了解分布式数据库原理
8、了解数据库监控与运维（慢查询日志分析）

加分项
1、有高并发、大数据量数据库性能瓶颈经验
2、有O2O、电商经验的优先
3、从0-1负责大型项目落地的优先
