山西绿洲纺织有限责任公司的前身为晋城市纺织厂，创建于1969年，1997年整体改制为国有控股有限责任公司。多年来，在历届市委、市政府的正确领导下，企业依靠自主创新，成功地实现了由生产纯棉纱、纯棉坯布向以大麻（汉麻）、亚麻、有机麻、有机棉等系列纺织品为主导产品的战略转型。目前是国家大麻纺织产品开发基地、高新技术企业、山西省“513”工程省级重点龙头企业、山西省工业百强潜力企业。
