岗位职责：
1.遵循公司相关技术标准、规范，高质量完成设计、开发任务；
2.参与系统需求分析和详细设计工作；
3.参与项目详细设计文档、部署文档、需求文档等相关文档的编写，建立完整的项目档案；
4.协助完成项目测试、系统上线工作，对项目实施提供支持；
5.参与方案讨论和技术调研等工作。
职位要求：
1.2年及以上使用Java语言的前后端开发经验；
2.熟练掌握J2EE技术体系（JSP,Servlet,Jdbc等），熟练使用MyBatis/Spring/SpringMVC等应用框架；
3.熟练掌握MySQL/SQLServer/Oracle等数据库一种或多种；
4.熟悉Linux/Unix操作系统；
5.熟悉javascript、html、css、Ajax结合的前端开发模式；
6.开源项目Owner、committer或者contributor、Apache相关项目贡献者优先；
7.熟悉面向对象开发方法和设计模式，熟悉敏捷开发流程，有较强的逻辑思维能力，思路清晰；
8.对技术有热情，能主动根据工作需要钻研、学习新的技术；
9.工作态度认真踏实，有积极学习的心态，具有较强的责任心和耐心，有良好的沟通理解能力及团队合作精神，具备较强的抗压能力。
