苏州星钥光子科技有限公司(以下称“星钥光子”) 由长光华芯牵头，亨通光电、东辉光学等行业龙头企业共同发起，2025年5月成立于苏州高新区。
星钥光子是专注于提供光电集成微纳制造代工服务(Foundry)的创新型企业，项目总投资50亿元。一期投资12亿元，将以8英寸90nm集成电路制造能力为基础，计划在2-3年内实现硅光芯片的进口替代；同时为国内激光器、硅光芯片、电芯片等生产企业搭建一个光电集成的协同创新平台及产业链。二期、三期将根据市场情况适时启动，建设异质异构集成平台和12英寸硅光产线，服务光传感和光计算等市场。
