1. 拥有相关专业（系统工程、机械工程、电气工程、自动化与控制工程）本科及以上学历。
2. 具备5年以上的生产系统项目相关经验，如水下油气生产系统，或拥有至少3年以上生产系统产品相关经验（如采油树系统、生产管汇、控制系统等）
3. 具备领导和激励他人的能力，能够与全球及本地团队/相关方合作
4. 在解决问题、创造机遇和推动改进方面富有创造力，具备良好的决策与执行能力
5. 对水下生产系统的工程与现场服务有广泛且深入的理解
6. 具备商业意识，具有强烈的HSE（健康、安全、与环境）及质量意识
7. 能够流利地使用英语和普通话进行口语和书面交流
