岗位职责：
1. 贯彻落实国家安全生产、职业健康、消防安全方针、政策、法规及上级有关指示，聚焦有机合成实验室场景，负责实验室EHS（环境、健康、安全）全流程工作的开展、实施与落地，保障实验室人员、设备及环境安全。
2. 结合有机合成实验室特点，建立健全实验室EHS相关规章制度、操作规范及流程（含有机试剂使用、反应操作、废弃物处理等专项规范），并监督执行、定期修订。
3. 建立健全有机合成实验室各类安全、消防、职业卫生台账，重点完善有机试剂（含危险试剂）、实验废弃物、实验设备安全等专项台账，做到账物相符、有据可查。
4. 负责有机合成实验室危化品（有机试剂、催化剂、溶剂等）、实验设备（反应釜、通风橱、离心机等）的安全管理与监督，开展日常现场安全巡查，及时排查实验操作、试剂储存、废气废水处理等环节的安全隐患并督促整改；负责实验室应急管理，协助处理实验安全突发事件（如试剂泄漏、反应失控等）。
5. 协助开展实验室EHS培训、安全演练，普及有机合成相关安全知识、操作规范及应急处置技能，提升实验室人员安全意识和应急能力。
任职要求：
1. 化学、应用化学、有机合成、安全工程等相关专业，大学本科及以上学历。
2. 有5-10年有机合成实验室EHS相关工作经验，熟悉有机合成实验流程、各类有机试剂特性及实验室安全管理要点。
3. 具有有机合成实验室安全管理工作经验者优先，持有注册安全工程师、注册化工工程师证书者优先。
4. 具备良好的沟通、协调能力，能有效对接实验室人员及相关部门，具备较强的应急处置能力，能快速响应并妥善处理实验室安全突发情况。
5. 严谨细致、责任心强，熟悉实验室废气、废水、危险废弃物的合规处理要求，能严格落实EHS管理相关规定。
