我公司1999年成立,位于新沂市地处邳、新、郯两省叁县交界处，大沂河、白马河、浪清河、十里长沟穿境而过，土地肥沃，水资源十分丰富。总面积120平方公里，耕地面积11000亩，蚕桑12000亩，石榴15000亩，银杏8000亩。人口5.5万，2002年全镇人均纯收入3800元。
合沟素有“千亩渔塘万亩桑”的美称，曾被徐州市誉为“徐州蚕桑*镇”，12000为桑 园成为农民增收的支柱产业，年产优质茧100万担.
工业企业发展迅勐，招商引资势头强劲。以亚飞、新瑞两大投入1000万元的木业深加工企业为龙头，以户办联户办企业为龙身，以千家万户为龙尾的板村加工企业象雨后春笋一般迅速发展起来，带动了全镇上百家板材加工私营企业闯市场，转移农村剩余劳力1000多人。全镇形成了板材、绢纺、丝棉、刺绣、制衣一条龙企业发展格局。
