1. Hainan Zifu Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
Established in 1999, from its inception the company has focused on the two core areas of R&D and marketing, effectively allocating resources such as corporate strength, product strength, market strength, and sales strength. In just a few years, it has built a high-quality professional promotion team nationwide, with a sales network covering all provinces across the country. Products distributed by Zifu Pharmaceutical have entered more than 2,000 hospitals nationwide, and it has established specialized product lines and a strong terminal network in nutrition, oncology, neurology, and obstetrics and gynecology. In 2003, sales reached 400 million yuan.
2. Tianjin Zifu Pharmaceutical Technology Development Co., Ltd.
Established in 2001 in the Tianjin New Technology Industrial Park, relying on the strong financial strength of Shenzhen Zifu Industrial Co., Ltd. and Hainan Zifu Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., and cooperating with many top domestic pharmaceutical research institutions such as China Pharmaceutical University, Wuhan University, and Shanghai Institute of Pharmaceutical Industry, it is committed to new pharmaceutical technology and new drug development. By September 2004, the company had completed production applications for three Class I new drugs, clinical applications for two Class III chemical new drugs, and production applications for four generic varieties, and obtained clinical approvals for two Class III new drugs under clinical application and approval numbers for four generics. Currently under research are three Class IV new drugs, three Class V new drugs, four Class VI generics, and four traditional Chinese medicine varieties. In addition, this year the company applied for six pharmaceutical formulation patents, four of which have passed preliminary examination and been accepted by the state.
3. Shenzhen Zifu Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
Located by the scenic Dapeng Bay on the eastern coast of Shenzhen, it covers an area of more than 20,000 square meters, with a building area of more than 16,000 square meters and a total investment of more than 80 million yuan. The chemical drug production workshop has passed GMP certification, and the semi-solid skeleton capsule workshop has passed project acceptance by the Guangdong Provincial Drug Administration and obtained a drug production license. The semi-solid skeleton capsule project has been listed as a Shenzhen high-tech project and holds national and U.S. patents. The traditional Chinese medicine production workshop is under construction, with an annual output value expected to exceed 100 million yuan.

In 2005, 4 to 5 new products will be launched, and more than 20 offices will be established nationwide.
