华道（上海）生物医药有限公司是位于上海浦东张江高科技园区的一家专业从事细胞免疫治疗的高科技生物医药公司。自2014年CAR-T细胞免疫治疗项目立项以来，已建有2个GMP级生产车间（病毒载体生产车间和工程化细胞制备中心），公司的CAR-T细胞制品生产体系涵盖工程菌发酵、质粒纯化、病毒包装、病毒纯化、T细胞获得、T细胞转染和T细胞扩增收获冷冻等全部相关工艺，并严格按照现行GMP设计及管理。截止2017年8月已完成30余例CD19- CART治疗急性淋巴细胞白血病和非霍奇金淋巴瘤的临床科研研究，总体CR达到90%左右。目前，企业正严格按照国家《细胞制品研究与评价技术指导原则》开展CAR-T细胞临床试验材料的申报，力争成为国家首批获准CAR-T细胞药物临床试验（IND）的企业。
