君昇科技有限公司坐落于经济发达的广东省。目前有深圳（深圳市君昇科技有限公司）、东莞（东莞市君昇氟塑料制品有限公司）两个厂区。公司自创办以来，陆续培养了一批实践丰富的中高级技术人才及生产骨干，其中有在读博士1名，高分子材料工程师3名。我们沿着多品种发展的方向，创建了具有先进水平的多条氟塑料制品生产线，熟练掌握成挤出、注塑、传递及熔融焊接等加工成型技术。深圳市君昇科技有限公司的产品已广泛应用于生物医药、医疗器械、航空航天、IT行业、电子电器、机械、化工、纺织、建筑、建材等各个领域，在国民经济发展和建设中发挥了重要的作用。公司注重技术创新、科技兴企的理念，引进国外先进的高精专业制造设备和完善的检测设备。2017年，2018年，2019年，公司历时三年科技攻关，终于突破了多项技术难题：1、换热器FEP/PFA端板陆续投产，其他注塑件如PFA-NPT三通、PFA端子逐步面市。2、FEP/PFA热缩管批量生产，一种管可以做多种厚度、多种收缩比、多种长度，*大可以做到直径320mm。3、PTFE热缩管/PVDF热缩管生产由粗放式向集约式转变，尺寸精准满足高端客户要求。4、FEP/PFA管*批连续3000米尺寸稳定无接头通过客户验收。5、PTFE/PFA/FEP/PVDF管特种颜色、苛刻尺寸多维度数据测试具备了从实验室走向生产的条件。6、PTFE管实现首批800米无接头。7、铁氟龙涂装双层管等涂料管通过耐压、耐磨、耐候测试。除此之外，还有一些新产品2020年会陆续投产。基于在通讯用FEP/PFA热缩管的技术突破，公司目前正在申请成为大富、摩比、华为等厂家的协力供应商。
