江苏禾友化工有限是传统合成氨生产企业，目前拥有20万吨合成氨总氨产能。产品有液氨、碳酸氢铵、20%浓度稀氨水、甲醇、氢气、一氧化碳、二氧化碳、蒸汽、除盐水、蒸汽拖动等。公司先后和江阴澄星集团、亿利资源集团、北京三聚环保三家上市公司开展了战略合作。分别在禾友化工园区内建设了宿迁新亚科技有限公司、亿利洁能科技（宿迁）有限公司、江苏福友化肥催化净化环保材料有限公司,形成了禾友化工内部的循环经济产业链，江苏禾友化工有限公司80%产品用于内部产业链企业使用。公司现有员工400余人，其中各类专业技术人员100余人。
