岗位职责：
1.能够独立承担系统整体技术方案设计，包括系统架构设计、技术选型与关键技术路线制定；
2.负责业务系统的功能模块划分、接口设计与核心功能开发，确保系统可扩展性与稳定性；
3.独立完成数据库模型设计，包括表结构设计、索引设计、性能优化及数据一致性控制；
4.负责系统核心代码开发、调试与性能优化，解决复杂技术问题；
5.参与系统容器化部署与运维支撑，完成应用打包、部署、升级及环境配置；
6.编写相关技术文档，包括架构设计说明、接口文档、部署说明等；
7.配合项目团队完成系统集成、测试、上线和交付工作。

任职要求：
1.硕士及以上学历，计算机、软件工程或相关专业；
2.具备3 年及以上 Java 后端开发经验，能够独立完成从设计到交付的完整开发工作；
3.精通 Java 语言及主流技术栈，熟悉：Spring / Spring Boot / Spring Cloud（或同类微服务框架）MyBatis / JPA 等持久层技术；
4.具备扎实的系统架构设计能力，熟悉分层架构、微服务架构及常见设计模式；
5.熟练进行数据库设计与优化，熟悉 MySQL、PostgreSQL、达梦数据库等至少一种关系型数据库，掌握索引优化、SQL 调优；
6.熟悉 Linux 环境，具备常见服务部署与排障能力；
7.熟练掌握容器相关技术，包括但不限于：Docker 镜像构建、容器运行与管理；Kubernetes（K8s）基本概念与常用操作（部署、服务、配置管理等）；
8.熟悉常见中间件，如 Redis、MQ（Kafka / RabbitMQ 等）者优先；
9.具备良好的代码规范意识和技术文档编写能力；
10.具备较强的责任心和独立问题分析、解决能力。
