湘西门旅游文化创意产业园——一个新村建设项目。
园区选址在湖南省省级贫困县――张家界市慈利县叁官寺土家族乡毗邻张家界景区外围地段，涉及这个乡5个行政村12个村组，规划面积3000亩。2005年年长沙－张家界高速公路开通，亘古未有的交通变局为园区提供了良好的外界进入条件。
2004年，项目发起人与当地政府签约，获得园区独家代理招商权和开发建设权，项目经营期50年。当年经募集资金300元人民币，完成项目公司筹组，并进一步完成市场调查、项目策划、用地测绘诸项工作。2005－2006年，在完成总体规划等前期工作同时，与潇湘电影集团合作，完成《湘西门》影视剧系列选题作品立项，准备通过“湘西门”系列影视剧拍摄带动园区的“后影视产业”。目前，项目建设指挥部已经进场，一期项目正待开工。创意产业园孵化的项目群组分为叁个组团，正在对外招商。
