任职要求：
1、电子通信自动化相关专业，本科及以上学历；
2、三年以上专职PCB layout工作经验，熟练运用Cadence allegro等PCB设计软件；
3、有模拟电路和数字电路设计的实际工程开发经历；
4、具备一定的符合EMC标准的layout原则的经验；
5、具备高速光模块高频仿真经验；
6、有较强的沟通协调和表达能力，责任心强；
7、了解信号完整性理念；
8、800G及以上高速光模块layout经验者优先。

岗位职责：
1、协助电路工程师进行电路原理图检查；
2、独立完成PCB评估，规划以及详细布局布线设计；
3、组织PCB设计的检查、评审；
4、输出PCB制板Gerber，钢网，坐标文件，贴片图等加工文件；
5、负责与PCB生产厂家的工程沟通，能够独立解决PCB生产及PCBA加工中遇到的工程问题；
6、负责与结构设计及其他业务相关人员沟通完成PCB相关的设计以及装配评估工作；
7、负责建立封装及封装库的维护。
