京城集团秉持回报家乡、造福桑梓的初心，投资12亿元在宽城满族自治县兴建三所学校——京城众杰高级中学、睿杰中等职业技术学校、唯杰初级中学，为本地学子提供优质教育资源。
2021年，投资3亿余元的唯杰初级中学在碾子峪镇孤山子村正式投入使用。校园占地82亩，总建筑面积46870㎡，建有教学楼、实验楼、图书馆、艺术体育馆、大礼堂、教师公寓、学生宿舍楼、食堂等设施，配套标准田径运动场，满足教学与生活需求。学校设3个年级部，2025年起，由原六轨制（8-9年级）扩为十轨制（7年级），可容纳1500名学生。
