Responsible fsafety management.
• Establish maintain the ISO 45001, Safety production license, Safety Production Standardization certification program.
• Review EHS programs procedures when the rules change.
• Lead multiple EHS training program fboth employees contractors, enhance EHS culture in site.
• Conduct the daily hazard identification inspection improvement to help taking the corrective action.
• Assist incident investigation, improving the site operating environment.
• Manage supervise the usage, storage disposal of hazardous regulated chemicals.
• Supervise the execution of yellow cards, MOCs work permits condition, correcting the deficiencies in time.
Responsible femergency response security management
• As the site BASF RC Code 7 Code 9 coordinator, review the site emergency response plan, fire fighting condition security system as required.
• Planganize the ER drill to practice employee’s skill safety awareness.
• Organize carry out SERT team training to strengthen fire fighting emergency response capabilities
• Responsible fthe management of the security team security system, direct handle all kinds of emergencies.
• Responsible fthe main gate checking, evaluate the checking exceptions with stakeholder to ensure the operation.
Others
• Coordinate all site EHS license permits support the business.
• Plan implement the EHS activities, GSD, Safety Month fire drill.
• Organize the SE-Committee quarterly meetings follow up with the action plans
• Cooperate with external agencies to rectify the company’s EHS ensure the company’s compliance with EHS laws

职位要求：
1. Bachelor’s degree above in safety engineering, chemical engineering other related major.
2. Hold a registered safety engineer certificate (Chemical engineering).
3. Experience in chemical, pharmaceutical other related industry with more than 3 years working experience in OS, ERP Security management.
4. Be a good team player embody strong positive communication coordination ability, technical innovation ability, teamwork spirit.
5. Good English office(word/excel/PPT) Software excel as well.
