Jiayuan Group

Jiayuan ChuangSheng Holding Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Jiayuan Group) was founded in 1995 in Jiaxing, Zhejiang, the birthplace of the Communist Party of China. After 23 years of development, it has grown into a holding group enterprise integrating real estate development, electrical appliance retail, medical and elderly care, commercial management, property services, smart home, cultural tourism, mineral development, landscaping, finance, chemical industry, and other industries. It has more than 300 holding and participating enterprises, including 5 listed companies: Jiayuan International (HKEX), Meili Ecology (SZSE), Boyuan Holdings, United Tin Mines (ASX), and Xigu Digital (NEEQ). It employs 15,000 people and operates in more than 100 cities across 20 provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities) in China, as well as countries and regions such as Australia, Singapore, Vietnam, Cambodia, Hong Kong, and Macao. In November 2017, it was rated "AA+" for long-term credit by Dagong Global Credit Rating Co., Ltd.

Under Jiayuan Group, Zhejiang Jiayuan Real Estate Group Co., Ltd. has been listed among the top 100 real estate development enterprises in China for ten consecutive years since 2009, and among the top 50 real estate development enterprises for six consecutive years since 2013. In 2018, it ranked 38th among the top 50 real estate development enterprises in China. Meanwhile, since 2013, Zhejiang Jiayuan Real Estate Group has been rated among the top 50 real estate development enterprises by brand value for five consecutive years, and in 2017 it ranked 37th, with a brand value of 7.636 billion yuan. Its subsidiary, Jiangsu Five Star Appliance Group, has consistently ranked among the top three national home appliance chain enterprises for many years. In 2016, it was awarded the "Outstanding Contribution Award" in the home appliance circulation industry by the China Home Appliance Business Association, and in 2018, it was awarded the "China Retail Technology Innovation Award" by the China Chain Store & Franchise Association. Its subsidiary, Zhejiang Jiayuan Property Service Group Co., Ltd., has been awarded the title of "Top 100 Property Service Enterprises in China" for five consecutive years, and in 2017 it ranked 35th among the "Top 100 Comprehensive Strength Property Management Enterprises in China" and 30th among the "Top 50 Property Management Enterprises by Brand Value in China 2017".
