Sanhe Chenguang was founded in Beijing in 2000 and has under it a property management company, a technology development company, a Xunjie housekeeping company, and a rail transit company. The property management company has six branches and subsidiaries, namely the Beijing Branch, Xi'an Branch, Chengdu Branch, Qingdao Branch, Chongqing Branch, and Ningxia Subsidiary. It has undertaken more than 1,000 property cleaning projects, with a managed area of more than 20 million square meters and a total of more than 7,000 employees. The managed projects cover office building properties, government office buildings, rail transit, commercial complexes, exhibition venues, high-end residences, as well as hospitals, schools, and other formats. Services include routine property cleaning, initial cleaning, housekeeping services, carpet cleaning, stone refurbishment, floor waxing, exterior wall cleaning, pest control and disinfection, and professional equipment and facility maintenance services. Sanhe Chenguang has the national first-class qualification for cleaning services, the safety qualification certificate for high-altitude service enterprises, the second-class qualification for stone application care, is among the top 50 national stone care enterprises, holds BOMA certification, and has obtained the AICA green building ecological operation qualification certification from the United States. At present, Sanhe Chenguang is a vice-president unit of the Cleaning and Cleaning Chamber of Commerce of the Beijing Federation of Industry and Commerce, a member of the Stone Maintenance Committee of the Stone Chamber of Commerce of the Beijing Federation of Industry and Commerce, a member of the Cleaning and Cleaning Professional Committee of the Beijing Environmental Sanitation Association, a member of the Shanghai City Appearance and Environmental Sanitation Industry Association, a member of the Industry Expert Committee, a member of ISSA, the Worldwide Cleaning Industry Association, and an honest enterprise, among others.
