Dinkle Electromechanical (China) Co., Ltd. was established in September 2000 with a registered capital of US$45 million and a total investment of US$90 million. Covering an area of over 80,000 square meters, the company currently has more than 1,700 employees. The parent company, Dinkle Group, was founded in 1983 and is headquartered in Taiwan. It primarily manufactures various terminal blocks (circuit connectors) and related products, and is a leading terminal block manufacturer in Asia. Our product technology covers the complete manufacturing capabilities from design and development, mold making, stamping, injection molding, electroplating, equipment and assembly technology, product testing, to sales services. Welfare system: Working hours and leave: 5 days a week, 8 hours a day, with industrial injury leave, marriage leave, bereavement leave, maternity leave, and paid annual leave as stipulated by national labor law. Salary: Non-responsibility employees are paid according to national regulations: 1.5 times regular salary for overtime on weekdays, 2 times for weekends, and 3 times for statutory holidays. Compensation and benefits: Annual performance bonus is paid based on year-end assessment. Promotion mechanism: Performance is assessed twice a year (reviewing positions and salaries based on work performance). Insurance: The company provides medical, industrial injury, unemployment, maternity, pension insurance, and critical illness insurance for each employee. Additional commercial insurance is provided for certain positions.
