岗位要求：
1. 计算机相关专业，大学本科或以上学历，5年以上Java开发经验，Java基础扎实，拥有良好的编码习惯，理解io、多线程、集合等基础框架，对JVM原理有一定的了解。
2. mysql等主流关系数据库、熟悉Redis等分布式缓存。熟悉常用消息中间件，如rocketmq,kafka等，有一定的解决问题能力和调优经验。
3. 熟悉面向对象设计，掌握设计模式与设计原则，具备分布式、高并发、大流量系统设计与开发经验，具备较好的文档编写能力及良好的编码风格。
4. 熟悉SpringCloudAlibaba、Dubbo、Netty等,有高并发经验者优先。
5. 熟悉系统调优、性能调优，网络调试等技能，对疑难技术问题具备较好的动手排查能力。
6. 具备良好的沟通和团队合作能力, 能充分理解业务需求，有较强的创新意识和业务敏感度。
加分项：
拥有物联网方向开发项目经验优先。
