Shanghai Tobacco Machinery Co., Ltd. (formerly Shanghai Tobacco Industry Machinery Factory) is a core enterprise in the manufacturing of tobacco machinery and equipment in China. Located in Jinqiao Export Processing Zone, Pudong, Shanghai, the company covers an area of 208 mu, with total assets exceeding 1.5 billion yuan. It currently has over 1,200 employees, including more than 300 professional and technical personnel. As a company with a century-long history, it has evolved from producing light industrial machinery to focusing on high-speed, high-reliability tobacco packaging machinery. The company is equipped with advanced CNC processing equipment and precision instruments, mainly including high-speed, high-precision five-axis linkage CNC machine tools, flexible machining centers, compound machine tools, and coordinate measuring machines imported from abroad. Product Introduction

The company's main products include the ZB45B hard box hard strip packaging unit, ZB25B soft box hard strip packaging unit, and ZL22D fiber filter rod forming unit. The newly launched ZB47 hard box hard strip packaging unit features high-speed packaging (550 packs per minute), high reliability, high automation, and high packaging quality. Its main transmission system uses a frame parallel mechanism instead of the traditional gear transmission mechanism. The main technical indicators of the product have reached the advanced level of similar international products, filling a domestic gap. This is a major national tobacco technology equipment and a milestone in the development of China's tobacco technology equipment, and it will become a symbol of the industry's technological equipment manufacturing level.
