Sanpower Group

Sanpower Group is a large modern enterprise group characterized by informatization, with modern services at its core, integrating five major sectors: financial investment, commercial circulation, cultural media, information services, and real estate development.

The group currently owns two A-share listed companies: Hongtu Gaoke (600122.SH) and Nanjing Xinbai (600682.SH), as well as key enterprises such as Hongtu Sanpower, Hongtu Real Estate, Guangzhou Jinpeng, Nanjing Fujitsu, China Newsweek, and China Business Times. It has more than 100 wholly-owned and holding enterprises, with a total workforce exceeding 25,000.

Since its founding in 1993, adhering to the business philosophy of “innovation as the driving force, industry as the foundation, and capital as the means,” the group has forged ahead with enterprise and asset scale sustaining rapid growth. In 2012, the group's total assets surpassed 30 billion yuan, with annual sale revenue exceeding 53 billion yuan.

In 2012, the group was included in the "China Top 500 Enterprises" for the ninth consecutive year (ranking 208th), and was rated by the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce as the 30th among the "China's Top 500 Private Enterprises" and 6th among the "China's Top 100 Private Service Enterprises." It also ranked 5th among the "Top 100 Private Enterprises in Jiangsu Province."

In the next decade, Sanpower Group will closely seize the opportunities of the national new-type urbanization, leverage its advantages in modern services, and develop and operate one-stop comprehensive consumer venues — Sanpower Plaza — in 100 prefecture-level cities and 1,000 county-level cities ("100 cities, 1,000 counties") across the country, providing hundreds of millions of urban and rural residents with comprehensive life services such as shopping, dining, culture, and entertainment, meeting the demands of upgrading consumption and the pursuit of a better life.

With the vision of becoming a "sustainable enterprise organization with Chinese characteristics," by 2015 it aims to enter the Fortune Global 500; Sanpower Group is forging ahead under the leadership of Chairman Yuan Yafei.
